Here works of Fritz Bultman are included with a number of artist of the day (1963 - ) who assembled a collection and subsequent donation to Tougaloo College, a traditionally African American College, with the hopes that all peoples without discrimination to race, gender, nationality, religious or economic standing should have free access to art. 

The collection which Fritz Bultman and his wife Jeanne would assemble would be a world class collection and given freely to the students of Tougaloo College, in Tougaloo Mississippi for them to enjoy and be enriched by.
